The training design will incorporate the necessary universal business models, norms, values and philosophy to insure that the fundamental objectives of Unlimited Future - The People's Company inc. is obtained. In addition to the training, participants will experiece a education that is innovative and explorarory at the same time .In other words, the spot light will be on the learner and not the learning material. The experience will be so structured that the IMD will gain a maturity in which he/she will learn that no one can adequately plan a business building initative without full participation o the part of each person involved.

Pnrovide the laboratory in which the IMD will learn to analyze, utilize, interpret and evaluate concepts or ideas that will lead to wholesome business contacts. Provide awareness of Community needs and to generate and encourage participation in problem solving activity concerning Community improvement.
