Mission Statement

FOSMAS is a non-profit animal welfare organizaton dedicated to providing care and comfort to the animals at the San Martin Animal Shelter. Our Primary goal is to lower the county shelter's euthanasia rate, provide foster care to animals in need and to promote respect for companion animals through our education and outreach programs.
