Mission Statement

The purpose of the Audubon Resource Center is to conserve and restore ecosystems, focusing on birds, wildlife and their habitats, through education, advocacy and community involvement.


The Audubon Resource Center is located within the beautiful, 240-acre Lettuce Lake Park. Activities focus around the boardwalk, which leads to an observation tower by the Hillsborough River, educational programs, and bicycle and pedestrian trails.
