Description

Cuyahoga Employment & Family Services is a sub-division of the Ohio Department of Jobs & Family Services. Its mandated programs are Food Assistance, Children's Health Insurance, Subsidized Child Care, Administration of Ohio Works First (OWF),a safety-net program entitled PRC (Prevention, Retention & Contingency, and a non-mandated program that offers free preparation of income tax returns to low-income families and individuals.
