California's community colleges constitute the largest educational system in the United States. COD is one of 109 Community Colleges in California- serving more than 2.6 million students. Fewer than 500,000 students attend California State Universities and 215,000 at University of California campuses. California's community colleges are largely responsible for educating the state's citizens beyond high school.
The COD Foundation aims to positively impact the lives of students who are striving to achieve a purposeful education and to enhance the communities of the Coachella Valley and beyond, by providing them with the professional benefits of our skilled graduates.
