Description

For over 60 years the SPCA of Pinellas County, a non-profit agency,addressed the problem of unwanted, injured and abused aniamls without federal or state tax dollas. The SPCA, the largest non-profit humane organization in Tampa Bay helps 14,000 to 17,000 animals every year.
