Mission Statement

Explorer Preschool is a parent participation preschool where children, at an individual pace, can learn and develop through play, and parents can learn and grow in their abilities to be child educators at home, school, and in their community.

Description

We are a non-profit preschool in San Jose, California serving children ages 15 months through 5 years old. Our school is primarily run by the parents of our school. With 3 permanent teachers along with our "parent teachers" working in the classrooms, we maintain our NAEYC accreditation. This helps us keep our tuition costs low to enable people from different socio economic backgrounds to participate in our rich child centered curriculum.
