Mission Statement

Provide certified volunteers to prepare and assist clients with the preparation of their federal and state income taxes. Servces are targeted to the low to moderate income clients with an emphsis on those over age 60. All services are provided for free. Services are provided in area libraries, senior cneters, and other selected facilities.

Description

Volunteers work at various local agencies to provide tax preperation services for clients state and federal income tax returns. Volunteers are provided training and require certification by the Internal Revenus Service. Services are provided from January through April.
