Mission Statement

The Independent Living Resource Center, Inc. is an organization of, by and for persons with disabilities who reside or work in our service area. Our purpose is to assist and encourage individuals to achieve their optimal level of self-sfficiency while eliminating the architectural, communication and attitudinal barriers that prevent full participation in the community.
