POPPA, Inc. is an ALL volunteer run non-profit organization working to eliminate abuse and neglect of companion cats by reducing the sheer number of homeless/abandoned felines in Oregon through funding of spay/neuter of cats (no dogs).

Description

POPPA, Inc. makes it possible for pet caregivers throughout Oregon to obtain free and/or low-cost spay/neuter operations for cats (no dogs) by directing those on public assistance to resources in their area, and/or funding the surgery outright, when necessary, by utilizing a local veterinarian who cooperates with POPPA, Inc.
