Mission Statement

Our mission is to serve the needs of low income newcomer Latina/o immigrants in the Mission District of San Francisco.

Description

Manos Unidas is a multiservice organization affiliated with Iglesia Presbiteriana de la Mision in the Mission District of San Francisco. Our programs include a bi-lingual after school program for elementary school age children, ESL and citizenship classes for adults and a weekly food distribution Our newest project, just getting underway is a community computer center. Beginning January 1, 2002 we plan to offer drop-in hours on Saturdays and evenings, and courses in basic computer skills.
