· To support and promote the culture of Pan Africans in the United States of America and internationally by producing events, seminars, and other programs to achieve this aim.

· To promote unity, diversity, and enlightenment amongst Pan African and with the broader community in the United States of America and internationally; and

· To support other non-profits and community groups that try to promote, unify, and educate Pan Africans and the broader community in the United States of America and internationally
