To stand alongside Law Enforcement Agencies and thier entities, by offering assistance in making positive changes for all victims. Our presentation "IMPACT of VICTIMIZATION" is offered to all agencies as we share the struggles and triumphs we have endured during our legal process in the justice system.

Description

S.T.A.C.I.E. Foundation was founded in 2001 by Lorraine Reed Whoberry, after the brutal attack on her two daughters, in 1999. Lorraine, after being invited as a guest speaker, found a need to help educate Law Enforcement Agencies and their intities, where victims are concerned.
