Career Dreams Educational Foundation helps students to be more successful in their education and go for their career dreams based on their talents. Career Dreams establishes a positive atmosphere of NO-LIMITS & NO-NEGATIVES within each school. It facilitates teamwork, sharing and open communication while restoring and building on respect, trust, creativity, and productivity for everyone on the school campus. Teachers and staff become mentors to every student in their school, whether Special Education, at-risk, mainstream or gifted students, to get the individualized education that each student needs to achieve their career dreams! The Career Dreams Educational Foundation creates an atmosphere in schools where teachers, staff and students welcome innovative, alternative educational techniques that make learning fun, productive, unforgattable. These programs are conducted with seminars, workshops and the train-the-trainers program. We will train 10% of your teachers and staff to conduct CDEF programs with all the rest of the staff and all the students from 7th through 12th grades. This process then becomes the standard within your organization creating the atmosphere and the needs for today's educational environment.
