Mission Statement

The Nephcure Foundation is the only organization committed exclusive to support research to seeking a cause for two potentially devastating kidney diseases, Nephrotic Syndrome and Focal Segmental Glomulerosclerosis (FSGS), improve treatment and find a cure.

These conditions damage the kidney filtering system and potentially lead to kidney failure. If treatment with steroids and other drugs fails, dialysis is often the last resort for survival. Nephcure is made up of patients, their families and friends, researchers, physicians and other healthcare professionals joining forces to create awareness and generate funding for research. The NephCure Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization (EIN 38-3569922) dedicated to bringing hope to patients and their families affected by Nephrotic Syndrome and FSGS.

Description

The NephCure Walk is NephCure's fundraiser designed to raise vital dollars to further our mission of saving kidneys, saving lives. In addition to being a fundraiser, The Nephcure Walk provides support for those lives that have been touched by Nephrotic Syndrome and FSGSwhile raising awareness in our communities. With the cause unknown and no cure, the number of newly diagnosed patients is constantly on the rise. The NephCure Foundation is determined to bring hope to those who are suffering.
