Mission Statement

It is the purpose of WSRA to ensure that all individuals residing within the boundaries of its member districts receive recreational services, no matter what their ability. Services are aimed at helping everyone learn new skills, improve their abilities and increase self-esteem, all through the fun that recreation provides.
