Mission Statement

The purpose of the Arizona Foundation for Human Service Providers is to promote and maintain a comprehensive continuum of services that help Arizona's children, families, and adults build lives of quality and self-sufficiency. This purpose is accomplished through education and participation in the public policy arena. The Arizona Foundation conducts and/or participates in activities that enhance professionalism within the industry and supports the ability of our Member agencies to improve the quality and quantity of services they deliver.

Description

AmeriCorps is a national service movement where individuals of all ages and backgrounds address the nation's educational, public safety, human service, and environmental needs through service. Upon successful completion of their term of service, members will receive an educational award that they can use toward financing their college education or vocational training, or to pay back existing student loans.
