Mission Statement

Michigan 4-H Youth Programs is a youth development program that involves volunteers in providing positive, experiential, educational opportunities for and with youth. Our mission is to create environments, through collaboration, that build strong, healthy youth who are proactive in a complex and changing world.

Description

Volunteers work with youth in out of school settings to teach and provide experiential learning opportunities. Fundraising, event organization, camp programs, after school programs are all in need of volunteers. Special projects currently needing funding/donations are the equine education center (under construction) and the CHARACTER COUNTS! Gazebo to be built in Island Park.
