Mission Statement

Motivated by a belief in the dignity and worth of each person as a child of God, Good Shepherd San Francisco is committed to helping young women who seek recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.

Through a program based on 12 Step spirituality and holistic treatment, we help each woman transform and grow toward independence by nurturing an appreciation of her true self and strengthening bonds with her God and community.

A live-in house manager is available to the participants in the evenings for assistance as needed. Food for all meals is provided for the participants, and four evening meals are prepared by staff.
