Mission Statement

To enhance the quality of life of our disabled beneficiaries through the use of Special Needs Trusts which are exempt from being counted towards the asset limits of government benefits programs.

Description

Statewide organization administering a program where disabled individuals or their support people set up a Special Needs Trust to supplement the disabled persons income. This trust is not counted as an "asset" by the government and can provide needed resources to a beneficiary receiving disability benefits from the government.
