Description
K.A.P. is an acronym that stands for the Kids' Achieving Progress Afterschool Program. It is an free after-school program that currently serves 4th, 5th and 6th grade students that attend school in Colonial Heights, VA. Each participant is provided with tutoring, mentoring, recreactional and service learning opportunites throughout the school year.
The program operates Monday-Thursday unless otherwise stated in the monthly calendar.
Students meet at the following locations: Tussing Elementary, North Elementary, and Lakeview Elementary 3:00-5:30 P.M. Monday-Thursday when school is in session. There is also a site at Colonial Heights Middle School operating from 2:30-5:00pm.
