Our mentoring program is a well-structured program. It is a twelve week program which consists of different topics to be discussed with the mentee. During the twelve weeks the topics will be discussed and two field trips will be conducted. Our department offers extensive training to all of our mentors. Mentors are provided with a manual which outlines the topics to be discussed with the child and rules to be followed. It is a rewarding experience for both the child and the mentor. It gives the child the opportunity to receive a second chance.
