Knox Housing Partnership provides a myriad of services to low and moderate income residents in Knox County, Tennessee and within a 75-mile radius of Knox County. Knox County is proud to be part of the NeigborWorks America network and a HUD Housing Counseling Agency.

Services provided include the following:

Homebuyer and Financial Fitness Education

Loss mitigation and Foreclosure Counseling.

Neighborhood Revitalization through single-family new construction.

Affordable Rental properties with a special focus on senior residents.
