Mission Statement

Hockanum Valley Community Council, Inc. is an independent non-profit human service agency. It ids dedicated to meeting the needs of the residents of the Tolland County area. HVCC provides services to individuals and families in a manner which will promote independence while assuring that basic needs are met regardless of ability to pay.

Description

HVCC programs are as follows. Dial-A-Ride provides services to elderly and disabled residents of Ellington, Tolland, Vernon, East Hartford and Manchester. HVCC also provides Elderly Outreach Services and a food pantry to those in need. The counseling department is a licensed Out-Patient Mental Health clinic providing a variety of individual and group therapy sessions.
