Passionwerx for Life is a nonprofit that serves nonprofits.
Our mission statement is:
"By igniting passionate performance of staff and volunteers, dramatically improve nonprofit organizations one heart at a time."
By utilizing transformational, unique and measureable tools, Passionwerx for Life addresses the two main issues that prevent employees and volunteers from becoming all they are meant to be:
- "My organization doesn't understand what motivates me as an individual"
- "My organization doesn't value the ideas I have that would help make us more successful"
Recent studies indicate that only 12% of our country's workforce is fully engaged in their work. The estimated cost to our economy is $350 billion per year in lack of productivity. The additional cost to organizations is they tend to lose the employees they can't afford to lose and keep those they can't afford to keep.
We conduct one on one and group coaching/workshops. These provide a simple and effective framework to have honest, timely and meaningful communication with your staff and co-workers. As a result, you will see a dramatic improvement in the performance of each individual helping your organization reach its goals.
