Mission Statement

The Rose House helps young adult with developmental disabilities pursue full, active lives by providing them and their families with:

- Innovative choices for living and learning;

- Opportunities for independent living to the full extent of one's ability and desire;

- Individual-based support in navigating program and living options.

Description

The Rose House envisions a world where people with developmental disabilities live as productive, contributing and accepted members of their communities.

We work toward a society where people accept one another for who they are; help one another to identify and enhance their natural skills and abilities; and provide one another with opportunities to grow and prosper.

The Rose House provides our clients with a variety of living options, skills training, and interpersonal supports to help them pursue their goals and dreams and become valued members of their communities.

Our programs include community-based residential living, competitive employment training, and job sampling for high school seniors.
