Mission Statement

The mission of this organization is to lead and influence change to improve the quality of life for Latinos throughout Colorado, by pursuing the following goals: 1) Increase the Latino community's capacity to create policies and systems that meet their needs and to challenge those that do not. 2) Increase equity through advocacy, taking direct action and creating opportunities for the Latino community. 3) Increase community awareness about Latino issues in Colorado to develop effective public policy and programs.

The Latin American Research and Service Agency (LARASA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created in 1964 to improve the health, education and self-sufficiency of Colorado's Latino community.
