The READ Center changes lives through adult literacy by helping adults develop reading, writing, basic math and digital skills so they can better fulfill their goals and roles as citizens, workers and family members.

Description

The READ Center offers classroom instruction and one-to-one tutoring for adults, 18 years and older. Volunteer tutors attend an orientation, observation and one-day training. Tutors work in classrooms and in one-to-one pairs.
