Description

The Service Extension Office coodinates the work of Service Units - service arms of The Salvation Army administered by committees of volunteers, based in communities where no Salvation Army building-centered operation exists. Service Unit volunteers provide assistance to individuals and families in need of food, clothing, shelter, furniture and other necessities, and are backed by the Army's vast network of resources.
