HARCATUS Family Support Center

Description

HARCATUS Family Support Centers serve a tri-county area in lower Northeast Ohio, those counties are-- Tuscarawas, Harrison and Carrollton. This organization provides emergency services, utility education, information, referrals,and case management to low income households, enabling them to be self sufficient. Each center provides services to help with payments on electric and heating bills. They also offer several different programs - Headstart pre-school,Weatherization, senior nutrition program, food pantry, clothes closet, Communtiy Nest--(non-food items-hygeine products), training and employment, Retired Senior volunteer program, Strive- Volunteer program,Case management, Home Economic Literacy Program, Child and Adult Care food program. We have quite a variety of programs and opportunities for volunteers to serve the communities encompassed in our service area.
