The Mission of CASA of West Texas is to promote and support quality volunteers who speak for the best interests of abused and neglected children in court in an effort to find each child a safe, nurturing, permanent home.

Description

A Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) is appointed by a judge to speak up in the best interest of abused and neglected children in court. A CASA provides the judge with carefully researched information to help the court make the most informed decision about a child's future.
