NJPIRG's Energy Service Corps

Description

Energy Service Corps is a joint project of the New Jersey Public Interest Research Group (NJPIRG) and AmeriCorps that works to improve energy efficiency in New Jersey. Energy Service Corps works to tackle one of the most pressing environmental issues in New Jersey: energy efficiency. We organize service projects that bring together the community, educate local youth in classrooms about the importance of environmental stewardship, and provide our community members with energy assessments and home weatherization.
