Mission Statement

Every Child Matters-LI (ECM-LI) is a 501(c)(3) who’s mission is to promote tools that enable individuals to become a voice for children in their own places and spaces. By doing this we will help enhance the public and political will around childrens’ issues and better the lives of Long Islands most vulnerable children.


Description

ECM-LI created a program where individuals who’d like to help with the movement to spread a non-partisan message about "Investing In Kids" come together be a voice for kids and to collaborate with others.

The program gets Long Islanders to become a voice for infants and children.

Volunteers utilize ECM-LI’s tools and strategies to create the local voice for chidren in their own places and spaces. Volunteers enhance the movement by informing Long Islanders about children’s issues that affect their community and empowering them to step up and be a voice for every child.
