Mission Statement

ASPIRE (Access to Student assistance Programs In Reach of Everyone) encourages students who do not traditionally think of themselves as college bound. ASPIRE helps high school students through one-on-one volunteer mentoring.

Description

The ASPIRE program provides one-on-one mentoring to help students continue their educations beyond high school. Adult volunteers assist them in scholarship search, career and college exploration, choice and application. All volunteers are screened including a background check. Mentors meet with students before or after school, during study hall or release between once a month to once a week. Volunteers are fully trained.
