Kids Rein is a non-profit charity dedicated to providing equine-assisted activities to children and individuals with disabilities. Kids Rein promotes the benefit of the horse for individuals with physical, emotional and learning disabilities.

Description

Kids Rein is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing opportunities for children and individuals with varying disabilities to challenge themselves physically, psychologically and emotionally and to set goals to improve their quality of life through the horse. Kids Rein and Latta Equestrian Center are dedicated to educating the public about the positive impact of the human/animal bond by providing safe and effective equine facilitated therapy and activities to individuals with disabilities.

The riders, clients, therapists, instructors and volunteers involved with KIDS REIN recognize the profound significance of equine facilitated therapy and activities. KIDS REIN is a Center Member of PATH (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship, Int'l). KIDS REIN promotes and offers individuals with disabilities the chance to facilitate their personal growth and newfound wellness offered through the various interactions with horses in the equestrian environment.
