Mission Statement

Live Oak Senior Nutrition and Service Center's Mission is to provide high quality, cost-efficient, nutritious meals to seniors and to promote the role of nutrition in preventative health and long term care. Continuing education sessions are provided at community centers throughout Santa Clara County to support this promotional effort. All meals are planned to meet one-third of the daily recommended dietary allowances for adults. The meal plans are administered and monitored by a staff of Registered Dietitians.
