Description

The Florida SMP Program, formerly known as the Senior Medicare Patrol Program is a statewide volunteer program designed to educate beneficiaries and care givers on how to protecttheir Medicare information as they would their credit card number, to detectfraudulent activity on their Medicare Summary Notices (MSN), and to report fraud to our dedicated toll-free hotline. They also update audiences on the most recent frauds and scams. With these efforts, we have helped recover over $1.5 million for Medicare.

I really enjoy working with this organization. The people are very friendly, and you learn a lot going to the community events. You get to meet different people and as a presenter, it makes you more comfortable speaking in front of people. I would recommend this organization to anyone!
