Description
We are looking for a volunteer who is interested in the business community as well as city government. Our opportunity is ongoing. We would like a one year commitment of at least 40 hours a month. This position is in the Finance Department, business license division. The duties vary from month to month. Some of the ongoing projects are, scanning and attaching documents, data input, Excel Spreadsheet updates, review and verification of potential unlicensed business lists, and permit verification. Staff will train volunteers on any equipment you are not familiar with.
