Catholic Social Services of Washtenaw County (CSSW) operates several programs dedicated to providing outreach and support services to a wide range of consumers who are currently homeless or at-risk for homelessness. In addition to homelessness, our clients often face a multitude of complex challenges - very low income coupled with serious and persistent issues that may include a mental illness, physical disability, substance addictions, HIV/AIDS, and/or other chronic medical conditions. Housing Support Services works to support our clients in the successful achievement of housing permanency and satisfaction in their personal lives through the wise use of timely and ongoing professional and peer support.
