Mission Statement

Baby Let's Wait is an intensive teen parenthood prevention program implemented through high school health classes at Pasadena High School as an integral part of the carriculum. Our goals of the program are: to reduce the number of teenage pregnancies and parents, to curtail the number of children growing up in fatherless homes due to these pregnancies, to inspire teens to to prepare for a world of options by identifying collage and career possibilities, to develop self-esteem by validating teens as they struggle with emerging adulthood, relationship issues and the consequences of choices.
