To build a worldwide network of refuges for wild and domestic animals; to incorporate an ongoing education program for protecting all animals; and to offer other shelters to come under WATARI umbrella to share funding, staff, expertise, etc.

Description

WATARI is brand new. We are having a fund raiser in Nov. and need everything to bring in both immediate and long term contributions. We need office supplies, vehicles, land, etc. etc.
