After a person sign up for their volunteer opportunity, the communication is very poor.

Computer CORE is a very interesting organization. Their administration is surviving on very low cost, but they have 6-7 classes of students in 6 locations, each class works with 3-4 teachers and assistant teachers that are really giving their best to help the students get computer career skills. They have probably about 50-70 students per semester and it's really admirable that the educational offer is so consistent. * 6 MONTHS of classes, twice a week, three hours a day, plus Saturdays (tutoring for the ones that missed classes or just need more help) * Curricula approved by NOVA and the possibility of getting Semester Credits (3- Computer Basics, 3- Career skills, 1- typing) * a ridiculous fee of only about 200 $ for all these, but for some students even these money are returned after graduation! As a volunteer, you feel respected and valued, and the students open up little by little and they are so friendly! .. Thumbs up for the sponsors!!!! Your money could not be donated better!
