Mission Statement

YogaCaps, inc. is a 501(c) all volunteer nonprofit organization that shares yoga as a tranformational tool for social justice. We build community and wellness by making yoga more available and affordable.

Description

YogaCaps has expertise in providing a quality yoga experience for people with serious chronic health and mental health conditions. We provide free classes for special populations and donation-based events for the general public.

We partner with area hospitals, corporations and mental health centers to create a healthy community.
