Description

Four Freedoms House of Seattle, Inc. operates two housing developments for Seniors over 62 years of age with seven units available for the Disabled who are under 62. The properties are operated under regulation of HUD and are low-income housing supplying Section 8 rental assistance for over 100 units.

The property is located on 6 1/2 acres on Bitter Lake in North Seattle/Shoreline area. Pathways wander the property along the lake front and resident tended gardens.
