Mission Statement

We will provide safe, decent, affordable housing to qualified low-income families, Seniors, and persons with disabilities in Santa Clara County. We will maintain the properties we own and manage according to the highest industry standards and we will offer our residents opportunities to participate in programs that enhance their quality of life.

Description

Resident Services coordinates various programs and activities in which our residents can participate. These programs usually occur on-site at our numerous apartment complexes throughout the county. We operate after school programs and computer clubs. We organize special events. We coordinate with other servie providers to offer recreation, education, and employment programs.
