To help individuals as they return to community after incarceration to lead a pro-social, productive and crime free life

Description

The Way Home works with men and women both while they are incarcerated and as they return to the community post incarceration. We meet people at the prison gate and help them to secure housing, employment, physical and mental health services. Our goal is to reduce the numbers of people who return to prison and currently our return rate is 11% for those who participate in the program
