"Realizing the vital connection between good oral health and overall health, the Delta Dental Health Theatre provides interactive presentations, exhibits and programming in order to promote good oral health and overall healthy life habits for children and adults."

Description

The Delta Dental Health Theatre provides an opportunity to children and adults to come to the Theatre and experience an entertaining show that is also educational in nature. An educator facilitates the activities in a fun manner while also giving the audience a chance to ask and answer oral and health questions. The Theatre is open for shows Tue. through Saturday to anyone of all ages with two types of shows. The "Oral Show" is for pre-k through 3rd grade and the Be Tobacco Free show is for 4th grade - 6th grade. There is a $1 admission fee and each child takes home a "Healthy Smiles Kit" which includes a toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss, and timer.
