Humanely reduce the free-roaming cat population of Elkhart County.

Description

Elkhart County Feral Cat Coalition (ECFCC) is a volunteer driven organization incorporated in March 2009 and obtained Federal tax exempt 501(c)(3) Non Profit charitable status in March 2010.

Our vision is to eliminate the unnecessary killing of unowned free-roaming cats through a Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) program, and providing education on proper colony management.
