Mission Statement

ATAP's mission is to provide after school assistance, character & leadership building skills and resources that will enable families to meet basic daily household needs and other resources that will lead families to self sufficiency. The services provided are targeted to families (adults, youth, seniors) who reside in locations identified with high crime and poverty levels. Services provided are on site at the housing location "community center".

Services provided are at Shiloh Arms, an affordable housing / subsidized apartment complex located in Sacramento, off Martin Luther King. Also partnering with AOF / Pacific Affordable Housing Corp., our goal together is to provide various social programs to our residents throughout the year, including social, economic, educational, enrichment, recreational, cultural, career development, leadership building skills, positive parenting, effective communication, and so much more. ATAP is an After School & Family Resource Center. Some programs include (but not limited to): kids activities (movies, storytime, pre-school prep, games, art, tutoring, reading, homework); sports (basketball, baseball, volleyball, soccer); computer classes (intro, web design);workshops (resume writing, interview preparedness, dress for success, stress relief, positive parenting, job search, more); cultural arts, career development, education, ESL, GED, recreation (arts & craft, jewelry making, collages, holiday arts, more), bar-b-ques, table games (board games, dominoes, darts, ping pong, puzzles, much much more), lawn sports (volleyball, bandminton, horseshoes, more), special events, holiday events, field trips, fundraisers, support groups, peer groups, bible study, community resources & referrals, newsletter production, on-site cultural exchanges, and much more. We are prided in encouraging our residents to believe and to bring to life our name: that "All Things Are Possisble".
