Our Mission is to repair the damage done to youth, families and communities by social messages that does not teach personal and or social responsibility.

To empower youth, families and communities through: educational services, financial literacy, cultural appreciation, health and nutritional awareness and social responsibility.

Description

The Falcons Youth and Family Service Organization (FYFS), is a natural progression of the Southern California Falcons Youth Football and Cheer Program (So. Cal. Falcons).The goal of the program is to use sports as a vehicle to introduce and reinforce the concept of strong character, positive values, personal responsibility, social responsibility and academic excellence.

We quickly discovered that the needs of the children were far greater than want a normal sports and mentoring program could deliver, the youth in our community needed more intensive services. Several challenges faced the youth in our community: poor academics, character issues, social responsibility, discipline and goal setting.

In the spring of 2007, The Southern California Falcons began the process of becoming a full service youth and family program.
